Privacy

We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and you can download or delete it at any time.

What we collect

Your email address and a protected (hashed) password, to sign you in.
Your assessment: job title, industry, country, duties, the AI tools you use, your answers and anything you choose to write about your work.
Your results, plan and the certifications you add, with their links.
Your first and last name, used on your certificates and, only if you turn it on, on cards you share. Optional: a photo, used only on cards you choose to share.
For exams: your answers, timing, and integrity events such as leaving the exam window or pasting text. These are used only to grade and review that exam.

How we use it

To work out your result, your AI Readiness Score and your recommendations.
To send you sign-in, verification and reminder emails you ask for.
To keep the service secure, for example by limiting repeated requests.

Your own writing is never added to the shared role information other people see. Your email address is never sent to an AI model.

Who processes it for us

Anthropic (Claude): reads your role, duties and answers to write your result and check certificate links.
Voyage AI: turns duty text into numbers so we can match it to roles.
MongoDB Atlas and Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region): store the data and host the app.
Resend: sends our emails.
Google Analytics: only if you accept it, and only on our public pages (see below).

Sharing

Nothing is public unless you share it. A share link shows only the fields you switch on, and you can stop sharing at any time. Certificate check pages show the certificate details and your name.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies.

Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies on our public pages (the home page, courses, privacy, terms and sign-up) so we can see which pages help people. It never runs on your assessment, results, plan, account, exams or shared cards, and we send it no query strings, answers or account details. Advertising features and Google signals are off. If you decline, nothing loads. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Your choices

In Profile & settings you can download everything we hold about you or delete your account. Deleting removes your account, results, plan, shares, photo, certifications and exam records.
